After accepting the terms of service below you will have access to my pricing and commission form.

To submit a commission inquiry, please fill out my commission form. Submissions that are sent via direct messages or email will be ignored.

Please make sure your submitted information is in english, concise, and accompanied by suitable visual references (If uploading any).

I retain the right to deny a commission for any reason.

Complexity Fees will be determined based off of given references, excess amount of detail, and/or fundamental difficulty (extreme foreshortening, very detailed patterns, etc).

All prices are in USD, and paid via PayPal.

Client pays in full, or pays a 50% down payment for projects above $100. In the case of projects above $100, the final 50% is due at first complete signatured or low resolution preview of the final deliverable(s).

Invoices or payment link will be sent to the Client when the Artist is ready to begin work. Clients must not send money before these requests for payment from the Artist.

Invoices must be paid within 72 hours, or the project may be cancelled.

Prices may vary or change depending on complexity, requirements and/or additional requests (refer to pricing for exact costs).

Once Work has begun or payments have been made, the Client acknowledges Work and deliverables are digital and there are no physically shipped goods to receive.

Client agrees that they will not issue chargebacks and the refund policy mentioned below will be followed.

Any cancellations made after 48 hours from the commission acceptance will not be entitled to a refund.

No refunds are possible after work begins unless initiated by the Artist.

If the Artist cannot complete work or is delayed by unforeseen reasons, the Client may be eligible for a partial refund. If work done up to this point is accepted and/or used by the Client, the Artist will provide a partial refund according to the amount of work complete.

I retain copyright, ownership, redistribution and intellectual property rights.

The artwork will include a subtle signature that you are not allowed to remove. Stream assets are the only exception where you’ll be provided with a non-watermarked version.

I may use rejected work in progress and versions for other projects according to their discretion, under the condition that it does not infringe the Client's intellectual property rights and ownership of their likeness, character design, branding, identity design or any such trademarks.

Clients receive non-transferable usage rights to the work for personal use. Personal use means: display on social media accounts for promotional purposes with no direct monetization, such as profile pictures, banners, and posts; print and framing in personal spaces; display as part of designs on websites and channels. This is excluding use in content of these websites or channels.

Clients must not claim works as their own and must credit the Artist using their social tag/username/link at the instance of display of the Work or permanently on their websites, social media profiles, broadcast channels, and other areas of the related content.

Clients are not allowed to reproduce/use the copyrighted artwork commercially, ie. making money off it in any way without purchasing the commercial rights.

Clients are not allowed to alter the artwork without my consent, excluding alterations necessary for implementing animation to the artwork. Altering the artwork using AI software or submitting it as an NFT is strictly prohibited. Such actions will immediately result in the redaction of the commissioner's rights, blacklisting, and a public listing of the commissioner's identity.

Additional charges will be required for commercial usage if not included, typically 2x of the base cost.

The Artist and Client acknowledge that information and materials that are provided to either party (including but not limited to personal information, technical information, marketing plans, payment information, or sensitive business information) outside of the development of Work, that will not be visible to the public, shall be considered confidential information and shall not be disclosed to any other party without prior written permission from the owner of this confidential information.
